1) We have been told by many clients that they chose us because “you answered your phone.” It has come to our attention that it may take up to three days to receive a callback from other companies, and this is NOT acceptable to Creature Comforts of Charlotte Pet Sitting. Customer service is very important to us, so much so, that if you do not receive a call back within four business hours, you will receive a 10 percent discount on services!
We have also been told that companies may send as many as three different sitters to a client’s home during the contracted stay. We promise that the sitter that does your consultation will be the ONLY sitter in your home. In case of emergency, we will call you and get permission for another sitter to enter your home.
